You can request deletion of eligible Posterif account data or remove Posterif's access to your Facebook account at any time.
Request Deletion From Posterif
To request deletion of your Posterif account data, email support@posterif.com from the email address associated with your Posterif account.
Please include:
- Your Posterif account email address.
- A clear request to delete your Posterif account data.
- Any connected Facebook Page name or Page ID that may help us locate your data.
We will review and process eligible deletion requests according to our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, security needs, and platform requirements.
Disconnect Posterif From Facebook
You can also remove Posterif's access from your Facebook account. The exact labels in Facebook may change, but the general process is:
- Open Facebook.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites or Business Integrations.
- Find Posterif.
- Remove Posterif's access.
What Deletion May Include
Eligible deletion may include:
- Posterif account profile information.
- Connected Facebook Page records stored in Posterif.
- Stored access tokens associated with your account.
- Draft and scheduled post content.
- Uploaded media stored by Posterif.
- Publishing history and status records, where deletion is permitted.
Data We May Retain
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, backup, or compliance reasons. Retained data will be limited to what is reasonably necessary.
